Dependency's change info should display in the 'changes' link

      Dependency's change info should display in the 'changes' link.

      Currently information about changes in a projects dependencies is displayed on
      the page of a specific build. However, going the 'changes' link of the project,
      there is no information displayed about the changes in dependencies.

      If those details could be included in the information 'changes' link displays,
      it would be a great benefit to my team.

      Whether this is the standard behavior or is an option setting doesn't matter.
