[JENKINS-19601] Getting Empty value in retrieving Global Password Field.

We are getting issue in retrieving Global Password Field.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1 : Add a Global Environment Variable (See attachment 1.png)

Step 2 : Add a promotion Step in Job and trying to access Global build password field. (See attachment 2.png)

Step 3 : In Output we are not getting value, it is empty string. (See attachment 3.png)

Please provide the solution for the same.
