Enable/Disable Rebuild Plugin per job

      Not all jobs can be rebuild or are permitted to be rebuild. So it would be nice to have a checkbox to enable the plugin inside the job configuration.

          I don't see this option in Multibranch Pipeline jobs. It is available for Pipeline jobs.

          I created a bug about missing feature in the Multibranch jobs: JENKINS-63512.

          I'll close this ticket because the disable option is available for most of the items.
