[JENKINS-19860] Jenkins hangs at startup on debian after "Pre-instantiating singletons"

Description	Original: Unlike other issues about hangs at startup, mine hangs after all jobs are loaded and happens all the time. I tried resetting jobs with no luck. I am attaching the log file, a jmap dump and thread dump. Jenkins was working well with version 1.529, but somehow, my server was restarted (it's a virtual machine which host is administered by me) and the hand problem appeared.
