Parameter not resolved when setting GIT_HOME variable for Gerrit Notifier

      Let's say that a parametrized job has a parameter UPSTREAM_JOB.
      In post-build action part of Job configuration, when assigning the "Git Home" variable to $UPSTREAM_JOB in the "Gerrit Integration", $UPSTREAM_JOB will not be resolved at job execution time.
