After updating jenkins.war from 1.533 to 1.534 this morning and unloading and reloading the org.jenkins-ci.plist with launchctl on our mac mini the jenkins.log and system.log in /var/log are filled with messages of "Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds",
