Description
When the following items are changed, they are not saved to file:
- Use List-ID Email Header
- Add 'Precedence: bulk' Email Header
Manual changing the file and reloaded Jenkins does not update UI.

In 'saved.png' I changed the preference and in 'reopen.png' the preference has not been made persistent.
