Option to make disabling of jobs conditional

      It would be nice if it was possible to make the disabling of jobs conditional. For instance, "Disable job if it the last X builds have failed". Or maybe "Disable job if failed when triggered by SCM change".

          I dicided to add option "Disable job if it the last X builds have failed" and now it is possible to use it.
