Testinprogress plugin: build fails

      I downloaded testInProgress plugin from "https://github.com/jenkinsci/testInProgress-plugin".

      I did a "mvn install" and the build fails because one the unit tests in org.jenkinsci.testinprogress.runner.ProgressBatchSuiteTest is failing with error message in the attachment.

      I am using jdk 1.7.0_45 and maven 3.1.0.

          The test org.jenkinsci.testinprogress.runner.ProgressBatchSuiteTest seems to be broken. Not sure, if it works on all platforms. I commented out this test and then the plugin builds successfully.
