Exclusive Execution Plugin doesn't wait for flyweight jobs

      I wanted to try out this plugin for cleaning and back-up purposes, and noticed that it did not block to wait until my running jobs were finished.
      Some more testing showed me that it does not consider the flyweight-job from a matrix-build to be a running job!
