Backup Hudson Configuration

      Don't know if there is an issue already set up for this.

      In the "Manage Hudson" section, include an option to "Backup System
      Configuration". This would include all Hudson System configuration, as well as
      job configuration (will NOT include a job's builds/workspace, only the job's
      configuration data).

      Maybe even including a backup for plugins as well ?
