Can't publish arbitrary URLs

      Some plugins need unauthenticated people to access some arbitrary URLs, like https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Embeddable+Build+Status+Plugin.

      Maybe instead of having individual options for common URLs that need to override authentication, you could have a text area to specify regex for any URL you want.
