Instead of referencing the campfire settings in the global configuration, the global values are duplicated in the configuration for each job.

The job configuration dialog does show empty fields and a comment about only needing to enter a value to override the global configuration, but it still stores the global value within the job-specific config.xml

The effect of this is that making a change to the global configuration doesn't affect any of the jobs - you need to go through and "clear out" the settings for the global settings to be re-copied to the jobs.
