Align naming of the plugin

      The plugin is called "M2 Release Plugin" when installing, but once installed it is listed as "Jenkins Maven Release Plug-in Plug-in". These names should be aligned.
      (Note: It is also listed as "M2 Release Plugin" in the Jenkins plugin wiki)

          Some comments:

          • "M2" is not very good as it could indicate that the plugin is only for Maven 2. So "Maven" is much better IMHO.
          • I don't like the "plug-in" spelling. "Maven Release Plug-in" is in any case wrong as that refers to the Maven plugin which is called "Maven Release Plugin".
