Add a "GroupingRule" extension point

      I propose to create a new extension point, which will allow to create new grouping rules. The current GroupingRule implementation can be migrated to such extension as well.

      Examples of categorization:

      • Job property values (based on ListView filters?)
      • Other user-specific conditions
        ...
