Jenkins removes conditional build steps

      It looks like looking at Job history page there are quite a few changes done by Jenkins as "system" and "anonymous" user. Sometimes these changes are just time change etc but we observed that sometimes Jenkins deletes conditional build steps. This has happened many times and not sure its plugin or Hudson or whoever it is makes life harder as this causes lots of issues with build jobs as complete steps are missing.
