Add a way to specify credentials

      The git plugin allows me to specify some credentials that it can use when checking out code. I need the same functionality in the repo plugin.

          Giving this a vote since I desperately need the repo-plugin to be able to use passphrase-protected keys in the the polling phase. Unfortunately the ssh-agent only works in the actual build.
