Make Version number shown in Changes reports a Link to that Versions info in Vault

      In the history returned from Vault is a transaction Id if you pass that Id to this URL
      http://yourVaultServer/VaultService/VaultWeb/TransactionDetails.aspx?repid=99&txid=12345
      It will bring up the details in Vault.
      Adding this to the Changes report would be a nice new feature.
