Plugin link back to dashboard does not respect jenkins self URL configured

      When you use jenkins without default port 8080 (443 my case, even without ssl) back link shown in report point to URL:8080 which is wrong and if you click it will get a 404 not found error eventually.

          Plugin uses URL configured in: Manage Jenkins » Configure System » Jenkins Location.
