Termination of agents with wrong versions should be optional

      Use-cases:

      • Allow admins to check versions and make updates during the maintenance timeslots
      • Accept greater versions of slaves if somebody updates/patches the client side only

          Termination of agents is optional now. Remoting version check can be enabled or disabled from the node monitoring page. JVM version monitoring can be enabled, adapted to one of three settings, or disabled.
