      Plugins like https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Libvirt+Slaves+Plugin and https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/vSphere+Cloud+Plugin have an option to limit the number of slaves online at the same time. Such an option would be tremendously useful for the VirtualBox plugin.
