      Add ability to retrieve remote scripts from within Jenkins. The Scriptler plug-in has a simple and intuitive interface. We can use it as basis.

      Off the top of my head, I think we could support the following script repositories:

      • GitHub repository
      • HTTP website

      Probably it would have a common interface, and use file extensions to filter, or optionally a JSON file.
