Cannot Restart Selenium Plugin

      We cannot connect to the Selenium Hub and we cannot restart the plugin via the Jenkins dashboard.

      This is happening every time a user clicks the "Restart" button on the http://JENKINSURL/selenium/ route.

      I just updated the Selenium plugin and Jenkins versions.
      Jenkins - 1.569
      Selenium - 2.4.1
      Any ideas??
