Add support for build/release tagging with bookmarks

      Would be nice if mercurial plugin could add a biuld action, that would bookmark a successful build with specified version number, like build number, from jenkins environment variables and push to the repository.

      that way after a build we could see by the bookmark in repository witch revision was build, which revision is the current release.
