Feature to enable/disable plugin for specific jobs

      Sometimes extended promotions plugin is to heavy for small project but still I need both plugins on my Jenkins server. I would like to have option that I can disable Promoted Builds Simple Plugin or just have it in job configuration to enable when needed.
