Sorry; yes.

With different operating systems the location can move. P4TICKETS is not always set (the command line defaults to $HOME/.p4tickets). Perhaps an enhancement for P4JAVA to look in the default or my plugin.

on unix it is under $HOME/.p4tickets, on windows it is under %USER_PROFILE%/p4tickets.txt . I think this pattern is very predictable for default value. Not sure why p4java need to get involved.
