Support of classloader setup before startup

      Is it possible to support setting the class loader rule before the deployed application is started through this plugin?

      With current version, I run the job, deployment is successful, but I must manually set the class loader.
      The class loader rule (parent last) is mandatory for my application, due to some other applications deployed on the same WebSphere.
