[JENKINS-24550] When I update my Jenkins from 1.563 to 1.566 or later，my Internet Explorer gets warning：Your Internet Explorer appears to be set to a non-defalut 'Document Mode'

Users with IE all got this warning, but Google Explorer worked fine. I searched this issue on network and tried to fix it, but it seemed to need Developer Tools. This is not an easy way, so I downgrade my Jenkins back to 1.563.
