Filter based on Job Labels

      As Nodes have Lables it would be handy that Jobs have those too. That way it would be possible to define groups a Job belongs to and to filter against.

          It is possible to use the "Reglar Expression Job Filter" to filter on a "Node label expression", but this requires the job to be restricted to execute on certain job labels.

          We use node labels for our Multi-configuration project builds to build a project across several platforms. It would be awesome to filter jobs based on which one had builds on a specific platform.
