Use jenkins credentails plugin for bitbucket credentials.

      It would be great if the bitbucket-pullrequest-builder could get its bitbucket credentials form the jenkins credentials plugin, and that way users with create-job permissions can use the credentials without actually knowing them, and you get one central place to handle them.
