      Description

      We're seeing full builds happening because checkins were detected, but no changelogs are shown. When comparing to previous build, they have synced to same changelist which is the latest.

          I have the exact same problem, I don't know how to handle it...
          967 builds for a particular job when we update it once a month :/

          I cannot reproduce the issue.
          It would be great if you could provide archives with the two builds (improper triggering + a previous one). Build logs and XML files would be useful.

          Comment [ I am also encountering this issue, however it is ALWAYS indicating a changelist (the same one for each build). SCM configuration is as follows:

          *Source Code Management*
          Workspace behaviour: Streams
          Character Set: none
          Pin workspace to build host: enabled

          Populate options: Forced clean and sync
          QUIET Perforce messages: enabled

          *Build Triggers*
          Poll SCM: enabled
          Schedule: H/10 * * * * ]
