Trying to set CMAKE defines in Other CMake Arguments using $WORKSPACE

Example:
Assume $WORKSPACE=c:\foo\bar

Setting
-DOPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR=$WORKSPACE

When run, the path is c:foobar
