Ability to run flog using bundle exec

      If I try to create a flog report, I get a complaint that the flog executable can't be found. This is expected - in our testing environment, we do our bundle installs in deployment mode to reduce the risk of cross-interference with other projects.

      "bundle exec flog" does run, though, so it would be good to be able to run it like that.
