HipChat doesn't not send any notification when the build status of a project goes from " Unstable" to "Back To Normal".
In the project setting, I set those notifications on:

• Notify Failure
• Notify Unstable
• Notify Back To Normal
  I assume that the "Back To Normal" is the equivalent of "Fixed" or "Back To Success", so it should be normal to expect a notification in my case.
