[JENKINS-25725] Bad performance: more than 5 minutes for parsing 2MB of data

Description	Original: The log parser plugin has extremely bad performance for some reason. Parsing 2MB of logs takes around 10 minutes usually (on a pretty decent server) Is this normal? Can you reproduce this?	New: The log parser plugin has extremely bad performance for some reason. Parsing 2MB of logs takes more than 5 minutes usually (on a pretty decent server) Is this normal? Can you reproduce this?
