Auto refresh forgets sort order

      Enabling auto refresh forgets sort order.

      I also think the default sort order should be by status. Failing builds are the
      first thing you would look for when accessing the front page.

      Even better, persist the order (Related to 203).

          Auto refresh is essentially just a full page reload, so doing this is equivalent
          to doing 203.
