Allow failures in matrix build and still succeed overall build.

      I would like to allow failures in Jenkins akin to the allow_failures setting in Travis CI.

      This would be, preferably, a groovy filter similar to the Combination Filter.

          In summary, this allows combinations of the matrix build to fail without actually marking the entire build as a failure.
