Simple console timestamp option

      It would be nice for the timestampler plugin to generate the timestamp per line in the console. The option -Dtimestamper-consolenotes=true works, however in the log file the serialized object is displayed instead of the timestamp value.

          As of Timestamper 1.8.1, a link is now displayed on the console page to display the raw console output including timestamps.
