Jenkins v1.590, git-plugin v2.3
We have a job monitoring a Git repository for commits to /release/. The job is configured with a 10-minute quiet period, and the quiet period is indeed enforced. However, when multiple commits are made to the same release branch they do not result in a single build. Instead, each commit triggers a new build. I suspect this is related to the wildcard match on all release branches, since despite checking out to a local branch the GIT_BRANCH variable is always set to "detached," but perhaps not.
