Folders do not allow to "Block inheritance of global authorization matrix"

      When using matrix based authentication, the folder plugin does not allow to "Block inheritance of global authorization matrix" as normal projects does (see screenshots)

      Of course, you could do this in every project inside the folder, but it would be better if you could define that at folder level and the projects just inherit this setting from the folder.
