Access credentials value from workflow Groovy script

      In addition to the block syntax to bind credentials into enviornment variables, we want a function that allows workflow scripts to load the credentials into the script, so that it can be used for arbitrary purposes.

      This including passing API tokens as command-line options to Gradle invocation

          Would be suitable for certain kinds of credentials only; need some new API to let eligible credentials export their secrets as strings.
