Support for attachments in mail step

      It would be nice if the basic "mail" step would support attaching files.

      The way I imagine it, the attachments would be sourced from the archived artifacts, the same way the unarchive step does.

      I started looking into this, but I didn't go too far. I figure this should be doable, though.
