Poll SCM not working

      Jenkins version 1.610

      I have set Poll SM schedule as 

      H 0 * * *

      OR 

      H/24 7 * * *

      OR 

      H 14 * * *

      etc

      But, Jenkins simply ignoring it and my Jobs which was executing previously not working now
