Add a "display in UTC" option

      You already have a use browser timezone feature (pull request #11) - and have option to display with server timezone. It would be really handy to have a "display in UTC" option.

      Minor suggestion at same time (though should probably be in different request) - none of the options actually display the timezone itself. That would be a nice addition.

          As a potential workaround, the system itself could be set to UTC, then people can use the browser timezone to adjust.

          Closing this because it doesn't worth implementation efforts when a simple system configuration would deal with the issue. To be correct if your server is not using UTC you are already doing something wrong.
