Show "new and unchanged" issues

      On the "Cppcheck Results" page, under "Details", there should be an option to show "new and unchanged" issues highlighted on a single page. Currently the options here are "all", "new and solved", "new", "solved", and "unchanged".

      A "new and unchanged" option would allow viewing all the issues that still exist (which would be useful when you're interested in fixing issues).
