Jenkins is hanging after a restart (deadlock)

      Dear,

      After a restart, Jenkins is not accessible and displays a "Please wait while Jenkins is getting ready to work" message.

      This does not happens at every restart.
      The generated thread dump is pointing out a deadlock (see in attachment).
