Install from http://groovy.codehaus.org installer method failing

The install automatically from http://groovy.codehaus.org option has now stopped working at codehaus.org has shut down.

      We get the following error:

      Unpacking http://dist.groovy.codehaus.org/distributions/groovy-binary-2.2.1.zip to c:\jenkins\slave\tools\hudson.plugins.groovy.GroovyInstallation\Groovy on Pure_Internal

Bumped priority to blocker as there appears to be no way to get builds working again short of modifying the plugin or installing Groovy locally.

Downgraded priority, forgot there's a way to specify the download URL in the list of Groovy installations.

Groovy downloads have been moved to bintray, where, for some reason, the older versions aren't easily accessible, like they were on codehaus:
          https://bintray.com/groovy/maven/groovy/view
          https://dl.bintray.com/groovy/maven/

If somebody can figure it out, they can submit a pull request for https://github.com/jenkinsci/backend-crawler/blob/master/groovy.groovy

aheritier said on IRC that he checked with the Groovy team, and they're going to try and get the old downloads on bintray too at some point.

The groovy team forgot to move its distributions
All of them aren't on bintray
They are waiting that Ben Walding give them back a copy of groovy distros to deploy them on Bintray
