Separate configuration from history

      In hudson.plugins.disk_usage.DiskUsageProjectActionFactory.xml there is both :

      1. parameters for the plugin (countIntervalBuilds, ...)
      2. disk usage history (tag <history> and children)

      The first part looks like stable configuration that can be part of a SCM while the second one looks like gathered data that may be saved in a "snapshot backup".

      Could those 2 sections be put apart ?
