Ability for a user to mark a build with a failure cause AFTER a build is completed

      Given a build which has failed for an obscure reason which CANNOT be determined by a build log message.
      When a user navigates to the build
      Then the user can choose to mark the build with a known Failure Cause from the Knowledge Base
      And the indication is stored to the configured BFA storage type.
