Jenkins EC2 Plugin should show timestamp in slave logs

    Description

      Currently the logs for slaves provisioned using the ec2-plugin don't contain any timestamps.
      This would be quite useful for debugging & troubleshooting purposes. Especially when we have situations where slaves abruptly have their connection terminated.
